摘要
对苦皮藤籽粕氨基酸种类和含量进行了测试 ,运用模糊识别法和化学分析法对苦皮藤籽粕与文献提供的同科 2种植物及常用饲料植物玉米进行蛋白质品质比较。结果表明 :苦皮藤籽粕比同科 2种植物的氨基酸总量高 ,蛋白质品质也比同科 2种植物的要高 ;其蛋白质品质与玉米基本相当。作为植物源杀虫剂的副产品 ,苦皮藤籽粕具有开发利用价值。
Analyzed amino acid composition and content of the seedcake of Celastrus angulatua , compared with 2 species from the same family and corn by fuzzy discernment method and chemical analysis method.The results indicated that: The amino acid sum and protein quality of seedcake of Celastrus angulatua were higher than of the 2 species from the same family, and the protein quality was equal to corn.As a kind of byproduct of the botanical pesticide, the seedcake was value in use.
