Many new theoretical innovations of the 16th National Congress of the CPC can be centrally shown in the five following aspects: the new theoretical innovation of Marxism in China; the new knowledge of the laws of running the Party and the state; the new strategic period of development; the new ideas of the development of socialist modernization and the new summarization of the theory of the Party building.
