New regional economic structures and competitions cause urban planning to have to merge developmental relationships between urban civilization and nature ecology environments to form a comprehensive competition planning ot urban in globalization In order to maintaining achievable urban alizations and adapting new challenges of urban competitions for our cities in globalization, this study will discuss the new types of urban planning in the globalization from successful experiences of foreign cities for our cities to program rising of global competitions in near luture.
