Through the practice and research of the planning design of 'JiangNan Xinyuan', the article put forward the idea of how to build the environment of human habitation with an outstanding characteristics adapt to Lingnan area. With the use of the analysis method of computer emluator to optimize the project, we do our best to create a healthy and comfortable environment of human habitation with a district feature.
