The article firstly discusses the relation of social benefit and economic benefit from establishment of Planning Information Service Center, and subsequently demonstrates the interactional relation, taking example of Changsha Urban Planning Information Service Center, finally, simply introduces the issues of personnel management of Chanqsha Urban Planning Information Service Center.
