This paper makes an economical comparison between two plans of air conditioning heatfcold source of a residential area in Changshaiice storage +heat storage of electric heating boilers and normal air conditioning heatfcold source.The conclusion based on comparison of initial investment and operating cost of two plans can serve as advice for decision-making of air conditioning heafcold source
