摘要
主要研究了以水为溶剂,以(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3氧化还原体系为引发剂的低分子质量聚丙烯酸钠分散剂的合成及反应条件对聚丙烯酸钠产物特性的影响,并对该法合成的分散剂进行了应用实验。研究结果证明:引发体系、单体浓度和温度等反应条件对分散剂的分子质量均有较大的影响。分散剂的分散性能在很大程度上取决于分子质量。研究结果还表明:使用该方法合成的分散剂分散性能良好,有助于改善涂布纸的光学性能和印刷适性。
Synthesis of low-molecular weight polyacrylate sodium with water as solvent and (NH4)2 -S2O8-NaHSO3 as redox initiator was studied. The effect of reaction conditions on the property of polyacrylate sodium was also investigated. The results showed that the reaction conditions such as initiating system monomer concentration and temperature have great effect on the molecular weight of the dispersant. The dispersion capability of the dispersant depends on the molecular weight to a great extend. The dispersant syntheses has excellent dispersion performance when it is used in coating, and it can improve the optical property and printability of coated paper.
