本文根据系统科学的原则 ,利用现代多学科技术的有机结合 ,通过产业结构的优化组合 ,弥补不同品种国产小麦的品质缺陷和不稳定性 ,同时 ,通过小麦品质的微观研究 ,以中国国情为依据 ,建立起一个全新的以应用指标为主的小麦指标综合评价体系 ,形成国产小麦和中国面制主食的环状供求圈 。

Based on principles of systematic science,it is practical to remedy instability and quality defect of various wheat by utilizing organic integration of the modern multi-discipline and optimizing the industrial structure.In the meanwhile,based on Chinese reality,through research on wheat quality,a new wheat comprehensive appraisal system relying mainly on application indexes is able to be developed.Hence,we could generate a supply-demand circle between domestic wheat and wheaten food,and then realize the value of Chinese wheat in the course of linking and well operating the wheat industry chain.
