摘要 介绍了功能陶瓷超精密加上技术,尤其是超精密抛光的技术概要,对各种先进的超精密抛光原理与方法进行了简单描述与评价。阐述了功能陶瓷超精密抛光技术的国内外研究现状与发展趋势,归纳了技术发展的特点,提出了功能陶瓷超精密抛光技术的发展前景。 Researches and devolpments of ultraprecision manufacture technologies for functional ceramics are introduced in this paper. As the ultraprecision polishing technology is most improtant one, principles and their effects of different kinds of advanced polising processes are described with some characteristics concluded. Byanalysing the insuf- ficiencies of these technologies in practice at present, the development tendency as well as the prospects of ultraprecision manufacture tech- nologies for functional ceramics are put forwards.
