第八届中国国际机床展刀具展品述评

Comment on cutting tools exhibits at CIMT2003

在CIMT2003有来自14个国家和地区的约100家刀具制造商和贸易公司参展,其中包括几乎所有的世界著名工具厂商,展出规模也居历届之最。所展示的刀具产品及先进的切削技术,包括高性能的刀具材料、功能化的新型涂层、创新的刀具结构,全面反映了当前世界切削加工技术的发展趋势和特点,也显示出现代切削刀具在提高加工效率、降低制造成本以及推动高速切削、干切削、硬切削工艺的发展方面所起的重要作用。与此同时,展览会还使我们有机会了解和认识国外工具行业发展的经验和正在发生的变革,这对于加快我国制造业和工具工业的发展提供了宝贵的经验。

The cutting tools and advanced metal cutting technologies including high performance tool materials, new functional coatings for cutting tools and the new design showed at CIMT2003 have demon- strated the-of-the-arts, the developing trends and features of metal cutting technology in the world and shown us the import rule that modern cutting tools have played in improving machining efficient and reducing production cost as well as in promoting the development of high speed cutting, dry cutting and hard-cutting. The exhibition is also supply us a opportunity to understand and recognize the experiences in development of the industry and the state-of-the-arts at abroad. That may be helpful for us to develop domestic manufacturing industry and cutting tool industry.
