摘要
狼尾花(Lysimachia barystachys Bunge)为我国民间中草药,分布较广。从陕西太白山产狼尾花全草的70%乙醇提取液中,用柱层析方法得到6种黄酮类化合物。根据光谱分析(UV,~1HNMR,^(13)CNMR,EI-MS,FAB-MS)、化学方法及水解产物,它们的结构被确定为:山奈酚(Ⅰ),槲皮素(Ⅱ),三叶豆甙(Ⅲ),金丝桃甙(Ⅳ),异槲皮甙(Ⅴ),山奈酚-3-0-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖甙(Ⅵ)。所鉴定的化合物皆为首次自狼尾花中分得。
Lysimachia barystachys Bunge, which grows widely in China, is a Chinese folk medicine. By means of S. G. and polyamide column chromatography, six flavonoids were isolated from 70% EtOH extract of dried whole parts of L. barystachys Bunge collected in Taibai mountains, Shaanxi, Province. On the basis of spectroscopic (UV, ~1HNMR, ^(13)CNMR, EI-MS, FAB-MS) analysis, chemical methods and acidic hydrolytic products, their structures were identified as follows, kaempferol (Ⅰ), quercetin (Ⅱ), trifolin (Ⅲ), hyperin (Ⅳ), isoquerci- trin (Ⅴ), kaempferol 3-0-α-L-rhamnosyl- (1→6)-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ).
