甲亢术后早期应用钙剂在骨密度及骨代谢中的临床意义

摘要 目的 :探讨甲亢术后不同时期骨密度及骨代谢指标的改变。方法 :研究对象分两组 ,于术后早、中、远期均行骨密度及血清甲状旁腺素、碱性磷酸酶、降钙素、骨钙素、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽、血、尿钙、磷的检测。治疗组术后早期予钙剂治疗。结果 :甲亢术后骨转换仍处于活跃状态 ,骨吸收增强 ,仍有骨量的丢失 ;AKP、PTH/CT、CTX、BGP与BMD呈明显负相关性。而应用钙剂治疗后骨转换下降 ,骨密度渐恢复。结论 :对伴有骨量丢失的甲亢患者在选择手术治疗的同时应适时予钙剂治疗。 Objective: To investigate the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) and bone metabolism in different period in patients with hyperthyroidism of after operation. Method: The research cases were divided into theories and controls,The theories were given calcium and vit-D in the early of after operation and BMD, PTH, AKP, CT, BGP, CTx, the levels of blood'sCa and P. were measured in all cases. Result: The levels of blood's AKP, PTH/ CT, CTx, BGP and BMD shows negative relations in patients after operation,bone turn over type in actively, bone absorption stronger, but bone quantity is still losing; bone turn-over decline in theary cases of after takins medicine. No move the losins of bone quantity. Conclusion:The cases with hyperthyroidism who have the lose of bone quantity ,may correct the disease of bone with taking calcium in propor time at the same time selecting the operation's theory.
