摘要
目的 研究雌激素对雄性大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤脑组织兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)含量的影响。方法 采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。模型建立后 5min内腹腔注射雌激素。相应时间断头取脑。然后测定脑梗死体积、脑组织谷氨酸 (GLU)、天门冬氨酸 (ASP)及γ氨基丁酸 (GABA)含量。结果 脑梗死体积治疗组较缺血对照组明显缩小 ,缺血对照组脑组织GLU、ASP含量明显高于治疗组。结论 雌激素对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。其可能的机制为
Objective To study the effects of estrogen on the contents of EAA in cortex of male rats during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Adult male SD rats weighing 240~280g were matched completely randomly. We made the local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model with thread embolism of left middle cerebral artery(MCA)of male rats. Rats were treated with estrogen after MCA occlusion by intrapertoneal injected. The animals were killed until the scheduled time of the death. Then we determined the ischemic changes of cerebral infarction size and the contents of GLU,ASP and GABA. Results The cerebral infaction size in estrogen group were significantly lower than in ischemic group. The contents of GLU and ASP were significantly higher in the ischemic group compared with estrogen treated group. Conclusion Estrogen exerts neuroprotective effects when administered after cerebral ischemic reperfusion in male rats. The possible protective mechanism is that estrogen can mediate the productive of EAA.
