急性脑梗死磁共振成像及其对溶栓治疗的指导作用

摘要 磁共振成像可以超早期发现急性脑梗死病变部位、范围 ,为溶栓治疗提供直观的影像学资料。弥散加权成像、灌注加权成像和磁共振血管造影可确定缺血半暗带 。 Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) could predict the location and size of acute cerebral infartion early and provide direct imaging data to thrombolysis treatment.Diffusion-weighted imaging,perfusion-weighted imaging,and magnetic resonance angiology could confirm the ischemic penumbra so that to guide the superearly thrombolysis treatment for acute cerebral infartion.
