多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)是危重病医学的重大研究课题 ,细胞因子及炎症介质在MODS发生、发展中的作用也是当今国内外医学界共同瞩目的研究热点。

Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) is an important research topic of critical medicine.The impact of the cytokines and inflammatory intervenient on the occurrence and development of MODS also become a hot point of research in medical field all over the world.The latest progress of the inflammatory mechanism of MODS is reviewed in this paper.
