目的 探讨大肠癌COX 2表达和 p5 3突变的关系。 方法 手术切除的大肠癌标本 4 9例 ,正常大肠组织标本 10例。免疫组化检测大肠癌及正常大肠组织COX 2表达水平及突变型 p5 3表达。 结果 突变型 p5 3表达阳性组和阴性组COX 2表达有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 大肠癌COX 2表达可能和p5

Purpose: To investigate the relationships between cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression and the mutation of p53 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the level of expression of COX-2 and p53 in colorectal carcinomas and normal colon. Results: A significant differnece of COX-2 expression was found between the specimens with and without mutant p53 expression (P < 0.05). Conclusions: COX-2 expression in colorectal carcinoma might correlate with the mutation of p53.
