Determination of Three Phthalic Acid Esters in Aquatic Products

目的 探讨检测水产品中 3种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量方法。方法 去骨鱼肉经粉碎、匀浆 ,用有机溶剂提取后采用反相高效液相色谱法测定。结果 测定 6个样品 ,方法准确度与重现性较好。结论 鱼肉中含有邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二 2 -乙基己酯 ;该法样品处理简单、操作简便 。

Purpose: To determine the content of three phthalic acid esters in aquatic products. Methods: Flesh of fishes without bones was grinded, and extracted by organic solvent. The solution was determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Six samples of fishes were determined. The accuracy and reproductivity were satisfactory. Conclusions: Diethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate could be determined in fishes. Samples were easy to be disposed. The method was quic-ker, easier to operate and can be widely used to determine these compounds.
