摘要
应用厚壁圆筒的弹性解 ,分析了冷挤压三层组合凹模具有最大弹性极限时的优化设计 ,推导了三层组合凹模的最大承压、各层分界面半径和分界面过盈量的优化设计计算公式。利用所推导的计算公式 。
Using elastic solution of thick wall cylinder, it is analyzed that the optimum design on three-layers assembled cavity die of cold extrusion under the elastic limit stress. It is inferred that the optimum design formulae of limit pressure bearing capacity, diameter and interference fit capacity of boundary between different layers. It is carried out that the optimum design of geometric parameters on three layers assembled cavity die of cold extrusion by interfered formulae.
