疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝193例报告

The Report of 193 Cases of Plug Mesh Hernia Repair.

目的:探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析193例腹股沟疝无张力修补的临床资料。结果:本组病人采用局麻或硬膜外麻醉,平均手术时间38 min,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,5～10 d出院。复发1例。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术创伤小,复发率低,应成为基层医院在行腹股沟疝修补术时的首选术式。

Objective: To discuss the clinical experience of Plug Mesh Hernia Repair in treating inguinal hernia. Methods: The clinical material of 193 patients underwent Plug Mesh Hernia Repair for inguinal hernia were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In these operations, local anesthesia and epidural anesthesia were used. The mean time of operation was 38 minutes. After operation, the patients had mild pain and recovered quickly and were discharged after 5 to 10 days of operation. One case had a relapse of inguinal hernia. Conclusions: Plug Mesh Hernia Repair is relatively simple with less invasion and lower rate of relapse. So it ought to be popularized and become the first choice method in the treatment of inguinal hernia.
