血管重建术后再狭窄机制及治疗的研究进展

Mechanism and Treatment of Restenosis after Vascular Remodeling
摘要
目前,治疗血管疾病的经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)、支架植入、血管移植等手术是最有效的手段.但PTA及血管植入术、吻合术后不可避免地出现不同程度的管腔再狭窄,再狭率达30%~40%,严重地影响了手术的远期效果.
