First, objects on technologies, functions and economy of NGOSS are introduced. It is pointed that the ultimate goal of NGOSS is to assist the operators to increase revenue and decrease cost. Then, relevant factors that affect operator's revenue are analyzed. Income management strategy of NGOSS is introduced, including assisting operators to enlarge customer group, product and service, improving customer value and eliminating revenue leak.
