髓腔减压并介入疗法治疗股骨头无菌坏死

Medullary cavity decompression combined with interventional therapy in treatment of femur head aseptic necrosis

目的 探讨应用髓腔减压加介入疗法治疗股骨头无菌坏死的效果。方法 应用直径 8mm的自制打孔器先行股骨头颈部髓腔减压 ,3d后再行DSA(数字减影血管造影术 )检查并介入疗法治疗 18例 2 0髋股骨头无菌坏死。结果 疼痛消失及明显减轻 18髋 (90 % ) ,随访 6个月～ 3年功能明显改善 17髋 (85 % )。DSA检查提示全部病例均有明显的局部循环改善。结论 应用髓腔减压并介入疗法治疗股骨头无菌坏死 ,创伤小 ,易于操作 ,效果肯定 。

Objective To discuss the effects of medullary cavity decompression combined with interventional therapy in treatment of femur head aseptic necrosis.Methods Decompression in the medullary cavity of neck of femur head was done with the 8?mm of diameter of self-command holing equipment.Twenty coxas of 18 cases were treated through interventional therapy and all were examined with DSA after three days.Results The pain was extirpated or relieved obviously in 18 coxas(90%).These patients were followed up from six months to three years.The result showed that the function was obviously ameliorated in 17 coxas(85%).Local circulation was obviously ameliorated in all cases through observation of DSA.Conclusions Medullary cavity decompression combined with interventional therapy will bring only a little trauma and can be easily controlled.So,we think this is a good surgical method,especially for femur head necrosis in early and middle periods.
