Food trade now is considered as the sunshine industry, full of passion and hopes, and it has been the continuously developing point of national economy. But it is anxious that lots of enterprises operate on little profit, even losses. According to the market analysis, they are at a disadvantage on logistic supply chain that has influence on operation. We have to admit China has been fallen behind international business on logistics, which made us on passiveness. Supply chain affects products cost in five sides:products design, channel relationship, selling nets, stock methods, and market demand.
