Now,Kimchi is not only the indispensable food in Korean table, but also began to get into world market since it has been a large industry. Although Japan possesses 95% exporting portion, Korean enterprises concentrate the gaze on lager market-China. For example, Beijing Hasunjung General Food Co., Ltd was set up in Beijing, which was a signal. Chinese pickles also has exist for long time and not been a large industry. How can it compete with Kimchi that is based on high technology?
Yili from Inner Mongolia created a miracle that it was began with a firm with RMB 47,000 tax and has been a large group which is professional of dairy products. Then, it has been one of leading 500 enterprises in 2002, when it earned the profit of 4 billion and at the top of the trade. It has aimed at the 20 main enterprises of dairy industry over the world.
