摘要
目的 通过对不同浓度空肠弯曲菌CJ-S_(131)诱发自身免疫动物模型的研究,进而探求一稳定可靠的自身免疫动物模型。方法 40只健康雌性ICR小鼠被随机分为4组,每组10只,分别用CJ-S_(131)低、中、高三种浓度加弗氏完全佐剂免疫小鼠,通过抗ds-DNA抗体、T、B淋巴细胞活性、病理切片检测观察组间区别。结果 中浓度CJ-S_(131)加弗氏完全佐剂免疫小鼠所得模型抗ds-DNA抗体、T、B淋巴细胞活性明显高于正常组和低、高浓度CJ-S_(131)组,肝组织产生炎性病理损伤最明显。结论 中浓度CJ-S_(131)加弗氏完全佐剂免疫小鼠所得模型最佳。
Objective To explore the effect on autoimmune animal model induced by CampyLobacter Jejuni ( CJ-S131) and freund's complete adjuvant with different concentrations . Methods 40 healthy ICR mice were divided into 4 groups at random: normal group,low CJ group,middle CJ group and high CJ group, then immunized by using CJ of different concentrations. The differences with ds-DNA antibody, T/B lymphocytes and pathology slice were observed. Results Acted by middle concentration Campylobacter Jejuni ( CJ-S131) with freund's complete adjuvant, the level of the mice ds-DNA antibody, T/B lymphocytes activity were obviously higher than those of the other groups. So was the pathological damnification. Conclusion The models with middle concentration Campylobacter Jejuni (CJ-S131) and freund's complete adjuvant are the best.
