降纤酶抑制结肠癌(C26)生长的体内实验初步观察

Preliminary experimental study of the inhibitory effect of defibrase on the growthof C26 in vitro

目的 研究降纤酶对恶性肿瘤的治疗作用。方法 通过建立动物模型,设立阳性及阴性对照,观察肿瘤体积变化情况和瘤体重量在各组间的差异,结果 全程用药的实验组(即全程酶组)瘤体重量明显低于对照组(即生理盐水组)。结论 降纤酶可能具有抑制结肠癌(C26)生长的作用,且致体重下降的副作用较5-Fu小。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of defibrase on growth of colon adenocarcinoma 26(C26). Methods The change of the tumor volume during the test and the weight of the tumors at the end of the test were investigated in animal tumor model with experimental treatment. Results The weight of the tumors in the group by using defibrase during the whole process of the experiment was obviously less than that in NS group. Conclusion Defibrase might inhibit the growth of the colon adenocarcinoma 26 with less side effect.
