摘要 目的 研究P15的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测8例口腔粘膜上皮单纯增生、25例异常增生、52例鳞癌中P15的表达。结果 上皮单纯增生组、异常增生组和鳞癌组P15阳性表达率分别为100%、76%、57.7%,其中上皮单纯增生组与鳞癌组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。鳞癌组中P15的阳性表达随肿瘤分化程度的降低而递减。无淋巴结转移组P15阳性表达显著高于有淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。P15阳性细胞计数随组织恶性程度增高而递增。结论 P15基因不仅参与口腔鳞癌的发生和发展,而且参与其转移过程的调节,检测P15蛋白可能对口腔鳞癌的预后判断有帮助。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P15 and genesis of oral squa-mous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods Immunohistochemical method (S-P) was used to detect the P15 expression in 8 cases of simple hyperplasia epithelium, 25 cases of dysplasia epithelium and 52 cases of OSCC. Results P15 positive rate in oral simple hyperplasia was 100% .which was significantly higher than that in OSCC (57.7 %) (P < 0.05). With the development of OSCC, the expression of P15 decreased, and the P15 expression had a positive correlation with lymphe node metastases of OSCC. P15 positive cell counting was directly proportional to the degree of oral mucosa maligmancy. Conclusion The expression of P15 is closely correlated with the process of genesis and metastases of OSCC. The detection of the expression of P15 in OSCC is valuable for e-valuating the prognosis of OSCC.
