Ⅳ型胶原与层粘蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义

The significance and expression of Col-IV and LN in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的 探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma,OSCC)中Ⅳ型胶原(Col-Ⅳ)和层粘蛋白(LN)的表达与肿瘤临床参数的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法对45例口腔鳞状细胞癌标本,9例正常口腔粘膜标本中的Col-Ⅳ和LN的表达进行检测。结果 ①Col-Ⅳ与LN在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达具有高度一致性。②Col-Ⅳ和LN的异常表达与肿瘤分化程度、颈淋巴结转移呈负相关。③Col-Ⅳ和LN的表达与肿瘤的临床分期和肿瘤发生部位无关。结论 Col-Ⅳ与LN表达明显减少和缺失可做为口腔鳞状细胞癌浸润扩散能力强的生物学指标,有助于判断口腔鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度和生物学行为。

Objective To study the expression of Col-IV and LN in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its relationship with clinicopathological tumor parameters. Methods The immunohistochemical S-P method was used to investigate 45 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 9 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results (1) The expression of Col-IV and LN was correlated in OSCC. (2) The expression of Col-IV and LN was negatively correlated with neck lymph node metastasis and histological grading. (3) There was no correlation between the expression of Col-IV and LN with tumor clinical stage and location. Conclusion The reduction and deletion of the expression of Col-IV and LN might play an important role in cancer invasion and spreading. These indexes can be a biological marker for the degree of malignancy in OSCC.
