新疆第一口水平井大斜度套管固井技术

摘要 新疆第一口水平井大斜度套管成功固井所采取的技术措施和一些新技术的应用。其中刚性旋流扶正器、强制式回压凡尔、低自由水水泥浆以及采用计算机进行摩阻计算分析、套管扶正器合理安放位置计算、利用清水和水泥浆密度差对套管的漂浮作用进一步使大斜度井段套管居中等技术均在该井成功应用。固井之后的声幅测井评价以及后期钻进实践表明该井固井是非常成功的。 The essay introduces the successful large hole inclined angle well section Casing for the first horizontal well in XinJiang, Its adopted technical measure and applications on some new technology. Rigid whirlet centralizer, madatory back pressure valve,low free water slumy and the friction calculation analysis by using of computer are adopted, it also includes site calculation of placing casing centralizer properly, making use of floatation acting coming from differential density between clear water and slurry to make large hole inclined angle well section casing meditate. This cementatios is very successful according to the evaluation of acoustic amplitude log and later drilling practice.
