摘要
对变速箱二轴的化学成分、金相组织、受力情况等的分析结果表明 ,变速箱二轴产生断裂失效的原因是螺纹部位防渗碳欠佳 ,其表面含碳量高 ,淬火时易造成开裂或有微小的裂纹 ,结果使其在装配和使用过程中裂纹扩展 ,直至断裂。
The chemical composition,microstructure and loading condition of EQ1060 transmis sion output shaft were analyzed.The resu lts show that the cracking reason of the output shaft was due to the inappropria te anti-carburizing in the screw thread part which resulted in the increase of t he carbon content in this part,so it is easy to form some tiny cracks during que nching,and make it crack and rupture in the course of assembling and use.
