掺杂纳米材料对等离子喷涂涂层组织性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 对AT13粉掺杂纳米级材料Al_2O_3+13wt%TiO_2的复合粉在等离子喷涂中的应用进行了研究,包括纳米级材料的分散、掺杂、制备微米粉及喷涂工艺参数。结果证明:掺杂纳米材料的涂层较常规微米级涂层结构有明显改善,涂层组织细化、分布均匀,孔隙率降低;涂层残余应力降低,亚微裂纹减少,耐磨耐蚀性能明显提高。纳米材料的加入,改善了喷涂熔融态粉末的流动性及平铺性能,改变了涂层晶粒生长机制。 The application of doped nano - material in plasma spraying was studied including the dispersion and doping of nano-material, preparation of nano-powder and plasma spraying technology. Results indicated that the perfor-mance of plasma spraying coating using the doped nano-material was better than that of normai micron grade coating, such as the refining of coating structure, the increasing of dispersion homogeneity, the decreasing of porosity and resid-ual stress, the reducing of sub-microcrack and the improving of erosion and corrosion resistance. The nano-material could improve the fluidity and flat of melted spraying powder, thereby change the growth mechanics of coating grain.
