摘要 研究了硫对Hastelloy C-4合金凝固偏析和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,严格控制硫含量,能减小固液两相区的间隔和温度范围以及合金的偏析程度,明显改善合金耐蚀性能。 Effect of sulfur on solidification-segregation and corrosion resistance of Hastelloy C-4 alloy was studied. It was found that strict control of sulfur content would reduce the breadth and temperature interval of solid-liquid diphase region and the segregation degree of alloy, as a result the corrosion resistance of alloy was improved obviously. A corrosion-resistant Hastelloy C-4 alloy with improved low segregation was developed.
