Study on the Enzymatic Deinking of the ONP for the Manufacture of Coated White Board

论文较系统地研究了生物酶用量、作用时间、油墨粒子捕集浮选剂用量等主要工艺条件对旧报纸脱墨浆残余油墨浓度、白度、滤水性能、物理强度等影响。在此基础上 ,有针对性地进行了旧报纸酶脱墨浆用做涂布白板纸衬浆的工厂初步试验 。

The effects of enzymatic treatment time, dosage of the enzyme and ink flotation reagent on ONP deinking effectiveness were studied. The preliminary pilot experiment of ONP enzymatic deinking was conducted for the manufacture of coated white board. The tech-economic feasibility of enzymatic deinking was discussed.
