摘要
本文在正交实验的基础上 ,结合打浆抄纸实验最后确定了桉木的蒸煮优化工艺参数。发现在用碱量(Na2 O) 2 0 %、硫化度 2 5 %、液比 1:5、升温时间 2h、保温时间 2h、最高温度 170℃的工艺条件下 。
Based on the results of orthogonal experiment of kraft cooking of eucalyptus urophylla as well as beating and paper making experiments,the optimal cooking conditions of eucalyptus have been established.The results indicate that at the conditions of alkali charge(Na 2O)20%,sulfidity 25%,liquor ratio 1:5,temperature raising period 2h,at the max temperature 170℃ for 2h,the cooked eucalyptus pulp has good beatability and strength .
