摘要 目的 :观察肢体负压对犬肢体动脉闭塞性病变血脂的影响 .方法 :随机分治疗组犬 1 0只 ,对照组 1 0只 ,均用边氏法制作犬肢体动脉闭塞病变模型后 ,治疗组行肢体负压治疗 ,并于模型制作前、负压治疗前及治疗结束后 ,行血脂各项指标检测 ,对照组不做负压治疗 ,其余处理与治疗组相同 .结果 :治疗组负压治疗后 ,血浆总胆固醇 (Tch)、三酰甘油 (TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL ch)均较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL ch)则升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,并恢复至模型制作前水平 (P >0 .0 5 ) .对照组治疗后上述各指标与模型前及治疗组相比相差显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与治疗前相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 AIM: To observe the effects of limb negative pressure (LNP) on serum lipid in dogs with peripheral arterial occlusive disease. METHODS: The dogs were divided randomly into two groups, 10 dogs were in therapeutic group and 10 in the control. By Bian's method, we completed operating of animal model was made with extensive arterial occlusive disease in the extremity in the two groups. In the therapeutic group, the operated limb of animals received LNP therapy and the serum lipid was examined in the pre modeling, pre therapeutic and post therapeutic periods. In the control group, the operated limb of animals received the same treatment as that in the therapeutic group, only without LNP. RESULTS: After LNP, the total cholesterol (Tch), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL ch) were significantly decreased ( P < 0.01 ), and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL ch) was significantly increased ( P <0.01). In the control group, the results demonstrated significant differences ( P <0.01) compared with the pre modeling and the therapeutic group in the post therapeutic period but no significant differences ( P >0.05) compared with pre therapeutic period. CONCLUSION: LNP can improve the index of serum lipid in the dogs with peripheral arterial occlusive disease.
