The key to the improvement of investment efficacy in western infrastructure construction is how to make full use of government investment in infrastructure construction and how to improve the deployment of stock resources by increasing investment. This paper thinks that the only way out for the improvement of investment efficacy in western infrastructure construction is the introduction of property investment, project financing and the establishment of market investment mechanism.
