摘要
当前,传统的国际法体系正经历着一场深刻的适应性的变革,国际法必将呈现出一些新的发展趋势,如:国际法的地位和作用将进一步增强;主权原则将受到更大的冲击;呈现成文法化和刑事化趋势等。
Nowadays, the international law system is undergoing a profound, adaptive transformation and consequently new trends will emerge such that the position and role of international laws will be further strengthened. that principles of sovereignty will be assailed more forcefully, and that international laws will move more towards formal laws and criminal side.
