摘要
本文阐述了建国以前和建国以后至今新疆大麻毒品问题的基本情况,近期新疆大麻毒品犯罪的主要特点,大麻毒品犯罪带来的社会危害以及禁止大麻毒品犯罪的一些对策等问题。
This paper explicates the status quo of marijuana drug problems in Xinjiang before and after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the characteristics of marijuana drug crimes in recent Xinjiang, the social harms marijuana drug crimes bring about and measures to be taken to eradicate marijuana drug crimes.
