On the Shift of Specialty Training Goals & the Future Development of Gredit System in Institution of Higher Learing

在高校专业培养方案中,培养目标是必不可少的项目,它统领了专业培养方案的整体设计与规划。随着高等教育内外部环境的变迁,特别是包括社会价值和高等教育价值观念在内的情境变迁,这一项目正由"国家计划订制"向"适应社会制订"转变,以此为切入点,结合高校办学的实际,提出高校学分制理念在未来的发展方向将是长期的有限度学分制。

Training goal is an indispensable item in the specialty training programme of the institutions of higher learning, for it confines the whole layout of the training plan. With the development of the internal and external factors of higher education, this item is being transformed from 'National Plan' to 'Social Adaptability'. Based on this point and the facts of colleges and universities, the author syggests that the possible development tendency of credit system in the future may be long-lasting bu with limitation.
