摘要
运用目标管理理论来指导大学生科学管理能力培养,可分为培养目标体系的建立,培养目标的明确,培养目标的贯彻执行,执行培养目标的考核反馈等四个环节。应遵循目标完善、过程细化、理论指导、实践考核,师生互动、教学相长,管理灵活、反馈及时等原则。
Target Management Theory can be divided into 4 aspects in the direction of the development of college students' scientific management ability, such as the Target System's establlishment、clarification、practice and feedback. in the process, me should abide by the following priciples:target perfectation、procedure classification、theory guidance、practice assessment,teaching benefits management andinstant feedback,etc.
