摘要
综述了纳米WO_3,薄膜的制备、表征及其在电致变色、气敏材料、共催化剂等方面的应用和作用原理。
This paper reviews the preparation, characterization, working principle and applications of nano-WO3 film. Preparation techniques include chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel, sputtering, anodic oxidation of tungsten and the electrodeposition method,etc. This film has wide potential applications in electrochcomics, electrocatalysis and gas sensing materials. At last, we also introduce the working theory of this film.
