摘要
被称为“哥白尼式革命”的新公共管理运动,其核心是主张建立“企业化政府”,实现公共服务市场化。在借鉴西方新公共管理范式时,必须充分认识其制约条件,以审慎的态度进行公共服务市场化改革.切忌一哄而起。
The core of the so-called Copernican revolution of the public management movement is the establishment of a market-oriented government and the realization of market-oriented public services. Borrowing the management patterns from the western countries, we should know their limitations and be cautious in the reform of our public service system.
