摘要
目的 :检测p2 7kip1和ER在乳腺良性与恶性病变组织中的表达与分布情况 ,探讨p2 7kip1和ER的表达水平在乳腺癌发病、预后评估方面的价值。方法 :采用DAKOEnVisionTMSystems结合组织病理学观察 ,检测了 32例良性乳腺腺病、35例乳腺纤维腺瘤、2 4例乳腺癌组织中的p2 7kip1和ER的表达与分布情况。结果 :在良性乳腺疾病、乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中 ,p2 7kip1有强阳性表达 ,阳性检出率分别为 6 5 .6 %、6 0 .0 % ;而在乳腺癌组织中 ,p2 7kip1阳性检出率为 2 9.2 % ;说明在良性乳腺疾病与乳腺癌组织中 ,p2 7kip1有不同水平的表达。ER在乳腺癌组织中阳性检出率为 6 6 .7% ;明显高于良性乳腺腺病 (34.4 % )、乳腺纤维腺瘤(37.1% )的阳性检出率。结论 :在乳腺癌发病过程中 ,p2 7kip1和ER的表达水平有可能起着重要的作用 ;同时检测p2 7kip1和ER的表达与分布情况 ,在乳腺癌病人预后判断中具有辅助诊断价值。
Objective:To assess the distribution and the expression of p27 KIP1 and estrogen receptor(ER)in breast diseases and to investigate the differences in expression level between the benign and malign diseases. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining (DAKO EnVision TM Systems) was used to detect the expression of p27 KIP1 and ER in 32 cases of adenosis, 35 cases of fibroadenoma and 24 cases of breast carcinoma. Results:Immunohistochemical staining showed positivity of p27 KIP1 with varying intensities in 29.2%(7/24) of breast carcinoma, 65.6% (21/32) of adenosis and 60.0% (21/35) of fibroadenoma, respectively. The expression of p27 KIP1 was significantly different among three groups. Positivity of ER was in 66.7%(16/24) of breast carcinoma, which was significantly higher than that of adenosis (34.4%) and fibroadenoma (37.1%). Conclusion:The expression of p27 KIP1 and ER may play a significant role in the tumorigenesis and may reflect the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
