发展乡镇企业和小城镇,是中国解决农业、农村、农民问题的两个重大战略和根本方针,而二者又是互相影响、相互制约的。它们的协调发展对发展农业、富裕农民、繁荣农村、实现国民经济的快速健康发展具有重要意义。应坚持保护农业和农民利益、市场化、法制化等原则,从宏观和微观方面采取得力措施,实现二者的良性互动。

While the development of township enterprise and that of twons are the fundamental strategies and the primary measures of solving the problem of agricultrue,countryside and farmers in china,the two aspects interact and restrict each other.Their coordinative development plays a significant role in developing agriculture,enriching the farmers,promoting the countryside,and realizing the healthy quick development of national economy.we must persist in protecting peasant and their benefit and insist on principles like marketablization,legalization,etc.Take macroscopically and microcosmic measures,to carry out the coordinative development between towns and township enterprise.Key words:township enterprise;towns;principle;and counter measurePPAGES Constitution of Ways to Carry Out “ERP ”in Chinese Enterprises $$$$ NI MingAbstract:Enterprises do not known how to deal with the projects of Enterprises Resources Planning(ERP )facing to high low rate of success after implementing.This article presents some advices about how to improve and implement successful rate of ERP ,after analyzing successfully key factors of ERP by the means of systematic viewpoint and summarizing a set of method of developing ERP by comparing with two cases.
