术后眼内炎的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of endophthalmitis after operation

目的综述术后眼内炎的病因、诊断与治疗。方法对与术后眼内炎有关的文献加以分析,整理。结果万古霉素、头孢他定、二性酶素B分别是治疗革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、真菌感染的首选药物;玻璃体切割是治疗重症术后眼内炎的重要措施。结论正确诊断与治疗术后眼内炎可取得满意效果,重在预防。

Objective:To study the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of endophthalmitis after operation.Methods:The literature concerning endophthalmitis after operation were analyzed.Results:Vancomycin,Ceftazidime,Amphotericin B are respectively the recommended medicine to treat the infection of Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria and fungal.Witrectomy is the major management to treat serious cases.Conclusions:Correct diagnosis and treatment can be accomplished with satisfactory outcome in endophthalmitis after operation.Prevention is very important.
