Modern Distance Education: Developing in the International Cooperation

经济全球化为远程开放教育构筑了全新的发展平台,也对人才素质、人才培养模式提出了新的要求。经济全球化背景下的教育国际合作需要建立国际化的网络联盟,近期应从实现信息资源的互通共享、实施合作培训证书制度、联合培养应用型人才等方面启动操作程序。中国的远程开放教育具备了参与国际合作的条件和能力,并将在国际合作中实现新的发展。

Economic globalization is building a completely new developing platform for modern distance and open education,and put forward new requirements for the quality of the talented persons and the talented personnel training mode.International cooperation in education on the global platform needs to establish an international network league. As a short-term aim of international distance education cooperation, we suggest that we start the handling procedures from the following three respects:Realizing the supply of each other's needs and each other's deficiency and the common share of information resources;Carrying out certificate system for cooperated training;Joint training for applied talented people.
