摘要
现代旅游业已进入了追求个性化的新时期旅游时代,旅游需求出现了需求理念趋于成熟、个性化突出、对产品需求的系统化和需求的持续性等新特征。在这种背景下,旅游管理人员的基本素质包括:良好的道德素质、健康的心理素质、全面的人文素质、一定的信息素质、熟练的人际交往素质和深厚的旅游业务素质。
Entering a new stage of pursuing individuality,the tourism demand emerges some new characteristics,such as the trend of maturing of demand concept,the protruding individualization,the systematizing of tourism products and the continuity of demand.In the circumstance,the basic quality of the management in tourism includes good morality,healthy psychology,comprehensive knowledge of human studies,certain ability of gathering information,expert competence of communication and dee professional skill in tourism.
