This article discusses the development of tourism in Nanyang city todays,analyzes its problem about tourism and points out that Ning-xi Railway and the Middle Route Project of China's South to North Water Transfer are the new chances of the development of tourism in Nanyany city,such as improving the quality of tourist resources,expanding the tourist market and making the reasonable spatial structure of tourism in Nanyang city.Meanwhile,it gives some prospects and suggestions that Nanyang city depending on the chances will set up tourist spatial structure.
