摘要
本文主要从村民自治与理性选择制度、村民自治的制度分析以及解决这些问题的探索三个方面加以论述。指出在制度建设的过程中要正视主体理性选择策略的现实 ,有重点、有突破地进行制度的修正与建设 ,进行大胆有益的探索。
This essay discusses in three respects the villagers autonomous system and the reasonable choice system and makes analyse to that and tries to find some ways to solve these problems.We must have important points and break through the correctness and buiding of the system and explore the valuable ways.
