摘要
要更全面地理解信任机制就应考虑到信任受托者本身所具有的特质、信任双方的关系、作用于信任双方的社会机制、信任媒介及信任的管理与动态演进。文章分析了华人家族企业的信任特征 ,并以广东中山市家族企业为例进行了实证分析 。
In order to comprehend the trust mechanism, we have to take into account the traits of the trustee, the relationship between the two participators, the social system, the trust medium, and its management and evolution. Based on family businesses in ZhongShan City, Guang Dong, this paper studies the characteristics of trust, and some of the results support our hypothesis.
